many boxes of teapigs teas

Have you tried anything from our organic feel-good tea range? As well as tasting great (yup, not biased at all) each contain an active ingredient which supports your wellbeing. Let's take a look at each blend and find out a bit more about the special ingredient in each…

calm

calm tea with valerian

Hands up who needs to switch off more often? Yep, thought so. That’s why we created the ultimate calming brew. Take 10 minutes, get rid of your phone and feel the stress start to fade with calm, a relaxing blend of chamomile, valerian and lemon balm.

active ingredient: valerian – helps maintain a natural sleep and good cognitive function... huzzah!

when we like to drink it: when we're having a stressful day or need help winding down in the evening.

snooze

snooze tea with chamomile and lavender

Chamomile and lavender – both known around the world for aiding relaxation and helping you get a good night's kip! So, just imagine what would happen if we combined the two… well, imagine no more! Snooze is a soothing mix of both, with some sweet apple in there too.

active ingredient: lavender – the gorgeous purple plant you'll often see out and about. It helps you unwind... and smells great.

when we like to drink it: in our favourite mug before bed!

happy

happy tea with lemon balm

Whether you’re feeling a little down in the dumps, or just want to add an extra spring in your step, happy is your new bestie!

active ingredient: lemon balm – used since the Middle Ages to help maintain a positive mood and cognitive function, maintain a healthy sleep, and contribute to the normal functioning of the intestinal tract. Fun fact: this herb has nothing to do with lemons… it belongs to the mint family!

when we like to drink it: it's caffeine free, so you can drink it round the clock! We like ours in the morning if we’ve rolled out of the wrong side of the bed, or as an afternoon pick-me-up.

trim

trim tea with guarana seed

There’s obviously no quick fix for weight loss (sorry guys), but as trim contains guarana, this cuppa supports your metabolism. We've mixed it with peach and white hibiscus to create a super yummy, fruity, summertime drink.

active ingredient: guarana seed – known for supporting metabolism, alertness and mental performance. Winner! You'll often find it in energy drinks, but natural (sugar free!) option.

when we like to drink it: we like it for a mid-afternoon kick or pre-gym energy lift! It's also fab as an iced tea in the summer (splash of gin optional...but very much encouraged).

cleanse

cleanse tea with dandelion

The cleanest, greenest tea ever (in our opinion!) perfect for when your body is calling for some extra TLC. This one is a dazzling blend of lemongrass, dandelion, coconut and green tea. It’s slightly sweet, super light and refreshing, and is delicious iced too.

active ingredient: dandelion – it's not just that pointless pesky plant lurking in your garden, it actually helps maintain urinary tract function. Interesting!

when we like to drink it: whenever we feel like we need perking up and want to give our body some extra love.

up beet

up beet tea with beetroot

Clues in the name, it does contain beetroot, but don’t knock it till you’ve tried it. Fun fact: this one is teapig Sarah’s favourite!

active ingredient: hibiscus – an edible flower with a tangy taste, also known as rosemallow. This flower supports metabolism and gastrointestinal health.

when we like to drink it: this punchy fruit (and veg) blend is perfect for when you need some natural energy to tackle the day.
