how do I change the tea blends or frequency in my subscription?
You can review your subscription by visiting www.teapigs.com/account and clicking "subscriptions". From here, you’ll be able to add and remove teas, as well as change the frequency of the orders. If you want to change the frequency of your entire order, you'll need to change this on each tea.
what can’t I add to my subscription?
Limited edition blends can't be added to subscriptions. Inventory is limited and most of these unique flavors will only be around for a season or two! Unfortunately, teaware can’t be added to subscriptions either.
how do I know when my next subscription’s about to renew and how can I change the date?
You can review your subscription by visiting www.teapigs.com/account and clicking "subscriptions". There you’ll see a date line, which you can click to change if necessary. If you want to change the frequency of your entire order, you'll need to change this on each tea by clicking "edit" on each.
how do I cancel my subscription?
You can review your subscription by visiting www.teapigs.com/account and click "Manage Subscriptions". To cancel your subscriptions, click "cancel" on each tea that you don't want to receive anymore.
how do I pause a subscription or resume a description?
Need a little break from your tea deliveries? No problem. Just log in to your account and head to "Manage Subscriptions" to view your upcoming orders. From there, you can pause your subscription anytime if your cupboard is getting a little too full. When you're ready to resume, simply pop back into your account dashboard and hit "resume" to get your deliveries back on track. You can also skip orders, change your delivery schedule, or swap products whenever you like. Easy.

When you set up a subscription, you're agreeing to recurring purchases at the frequency you set. The cost of your subscription might change based on fluctuations in product or delivery pricing.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
Your subscription will auto-renew until you choose to cancel the subscription. You can cancel your subscription by visiting your account page, clicking "Manage Subscription", choosing the subscription you'd like to cancel, and clicking "Cancel Subscription." You can also cancel by calling 650-446-3649. You can cancel up to 48 hours before your next shipment.
